So I made dinner tonight and thought now is the time for that Mrs. Smith's pumpkin pie. (actual pie shown above)
You know that feeling when you get so excited for something that you can just explode!?! Well that was my feeling over this pie......I would say it was a near craving.
So I eat my dinner, go to the freezer and take out the pie. I get out my plate and my fork and reach up for the cool whip. Yum......!
I get out the knife and take the pie out of the box. I'm all ready to cut into it. It's not cooked! What? I quickly turn over the box.....It says: Directions, place in the oven for 1 hour at 375 degrees, let cool for 2 hours before eating.
What!?!
I have to wait 3 hours to have my pie?........damn-the-luck!
I thought the pie was already made just take it out.......let it defrost a few minutes and dive in!
Sadly, I returned the plate to the cupboard, fork to the drawer, cool whip to the freezer and then took that damn pie and tossed it back in the box and threw it back in the freezer.
I had a cookie instead.

Eh why read the box. I can see the picture. Haha. I'm going to make that darn thing today and tell you later how great it tastes! At least I know it will be fresh. LoL.
