That's The Spirit!

My cousin Jessica called me today awfully disappointed.

Her daughter 6-year-old Madison came home from school the other day and said she needed reindeer antlers to wear during music class.

Jessica went to K-Mart and bought the antlers. She came across a friend who was working their who offered her a discount, so she thought it would be nice to get antlers for all the kids in Madison's first grade class.

She bought 14 of them and Madison took the bag of Antlers to class and passed them out to everyone in the room. The teacher came over and asked he what she was doing. She said her mom bought antlers for everyone in music class.

The teacher just shook her head.

After class other mothers started to come up to the music teacher asking why everyone in only a certain class had antlers and why didn't the other kids in the other class get them. The teacher explained that one parent took it upon themselves without notifying her that she was going to get them for everyone in the class.

The teacher stormed off to find my cousin.

"Now listen here, you buy them for all the other classes as well or we wont be using them this year," the teacher told my cousin in the hallway.

My cousin shocked said, "Why should I have to buy them for all the other classes? My daughter is only in one class."

The teacher explained that she only wanted one set of antlers to begin with and that only one student can be Rudolph. She made it very clear that student wasn't going to be miss Madison!

Another parent came up to my cousin and said, "Listen we're all going to pitch in for the other classes, how much do you want to contribute?"

"How much do I want to contribute," she repeated, "I don't want to contribute anything. I already bought 14 of them for one class."

The parent disgusted stormed away.

Now where in the world is the Christmas spirit in all of this.........ridiculous. That's what you get for going out of your way to be nice to others.

Oh boy. I would march right to the School Board and I sure has hell wouldnt be very nice about it! Before I was finished, the teacher would regret her thankless frickin attitude!!!! ARGH!!!!!! What a pissy way to start the day! It would also be time to write a letter to the editor!!!
(Just ask lil ps about the school pissing a certain momma off. More than once!)

I know. I feel so bad for her. She tries so hard to always think of other people and do nice things.
