Snow in Joplin...Yikes

They said it doesn't snow here much! I'm not convinced. LoL.

Adjusting to Joplin

So where did we leave off in Topeka? Oh yea, I was moving to Joplin. Haha.

Well I have to say I miss my friends and c0-workers a whole lot!

I moved on Tuesday. It was sure a sight. I was pulling my car behind a U-Haul. I have never driven anything so large in my life!

In a matter of just a few days I have un-packed, moved everything around, joined a church, ordered new furniture, made a cake and cookies....all while trying to stay sane. I am not use to so much time off!!

I've talked to Rae Chelle just about everyday. I feel guilty that I left before Thanksgiving, I signed up to work the holiday.

I'm happy to be able to blog again. This is really exciting!

By the way ROCK CHALK. The Jayhawks blew away Mizzou this weekend. Shhh. I'm suppose to be a new Tiger fan....Roar....!

Grandma, "Am I Still Talked About?"

I was on the phone with my grandma today and she was worried that since the blogs had ended at WIBW that she was no longer talked about in my social network of friends. Oh grandma....Topeka was only the beginning.

"Hunni am I still talked about?"

"Yea grandma I am blogging again!"

"You are?" she asked.

"Yup, I'm not sure I can get my new job to embrace the blogging idea so I started a new blog on a site for just blogging."

"Neat!" she said with an excitement to her voice.

So this one is to you grandma! Thank you for all of you who read my blogs on a regular basis. I hope you will become my friend on here and continue to follow my antics!
